Being a parent is one of the most important aspects of life. And the government must respect your right to parent in the way you see fit.  The United States Supreme Court has ensured that parents have the right to make decisions on how to raise their children and this constitutional right is constantly being challenged by local social service agencies who think they know better how to care for your child. The Gulati Firm will not back down from fighting to ensure you can raise your child.

Our Approach: Mindy approaches Dependency cases with a high degree of emotional and legal understanding.  These cases require professionalism and respect for the client and that is what Mindy brings.  When parents face the threat of losing their child to the county, it is important to have an advocate who will truly devote the time that is needed to the case. It is also important that the attorney know the law and understand the serious consequences.  Mindy has this knowledge and devotion to parents facing such a traumatic government intrusion. Mindy learns the family history of each client, tells their story to the court and is willing to go to trial and advocate for the return of the child to their parents.
